History
Established in 1999, Mode has provided sales and property management services from the Hills to the Harbour.
We operate as a genuinely independent agency, built on what we call an "Integrity Culture" - traditional service values backed by modern systems and technology.
That combination of deep local market knowledge and a proactive, hands-on approach is what buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants can expect working with Mode.
Our Leadership Team
Founded by Neil & Meg Clark - one of the original husband & wife teams.
Neil and Meg both grew up and did their schooling on Sydney's North Shore. They bought their first home together in Normanhurst, then spent the decades since buying, renovating and living in homes across the North Shore and the Hills District - from Dural to Kirribilli - all while building over three decades each in the real estate industry.
With that kind of history, there's not much they haven't seen, heard, or… well, sorted out with a phone call and a level head. That kind of experience means their advice isn't textbook - it's tested.
From tricky tenancies to tight markets, they've navigated it all, and they bring that knowledge to every vendor, buyer, landlord, tenant and property they sell or manage.
